These lessons will include an individual assessment to determine what level your child is at. After the assessment, we will create a personal program plan with goals to help reach their academic success. With these goals in mind, the teacher will work one-on-one with your child for 50 minutes, doing various lessons and concrete reading games, to develop their reading skills. At the end of each session, the parents will be debriefed with a summary of the child’s progress, assigned homework and areas of opportunity for development. These lessons are very productive and successful, as long as parents are involved with their child’s learning.
